To say that my career path has been colorful is an understatement. Over the years I have been everything from a hairdresser to a diamond broker. Though varied my path has always led me to working with people. This diverse background allows me to bring a unique perspective to working with my clients.
10 years ago at the height of the market in St. Louis County I began my career in real estate. Through many ups and downs I have come to learn that no matter the market, Real Estate is what I love and where I will be until I run off to retire!
Just recently I have formed Ewen Realty Group with my husband and partner Todd Ewen. When we married 22 years ago it put us on a journey that involved traveling all over North America and moving 10 times in 13 years. Incorporating him as part of the team has brought a new and enhanced level of service.
With this type of experience under our belts we know that we have the insight and the expertise to help anyone buy or sell a home with the least amount of stress.
Starting Ewen Realty Group allows me to bring a team together to help my clients. This team includes not only Todd and myself, but Robert Hudspeth our Buyers Agent, Karen Tremblay our Listing Coordinator and Rebecca Rose our Office Manager/Client Care Coordinator. A team approach gives our clients all of the support that they need in today’s market.
Todd Ewen is best known for his extensive career in professional Hockey. He played for a number of teams (St. Louis Blues, Montreal Canadeins, Anaheim Ducks and San Jose sharks) over an 11 year career. He played Right Wing and achieved much of his success and reputation as an enforcer. His dedication and determination throughout his Hockey career is also demonstrated in his careers post NHL.
He has held a number of coaching positions since his retirement from the NHL. From being involved in the local Chesterfield Hockey Association to coaching with the Saint Louis University Billikens team he has focused on helping those locally have success in Hockey.
As part of the Ewen Realty group he has the opportunity to help both buyers and sellers. With a detailed focus on helping clients he has had the opportunity to identify key investment opportunities throughout Ballwin, Chesterfield and more. As he identifies these opportunities he shares them with his exclusive client list to help them grow their portfolios.
After a successful corporate career leading customer service organizations, Robert Hudspeth spent five years as an entrepreneur developing a retail brand in the coffee and smoothie segment of the QSR industry. Working under a territory development franchise, he gained experience in; franchisee – franchisor relationships, small business start-ups, commercial real estate evaluation- negotiation, new location buildout, and retail marketing.
His entrepreneurial efforts continued as he worked five years in commercial real estate as a business broker/intermediary within the Sunbelt network assisting sellers and buyers facilitate ownership transition of small businesses.
Robert joined the Ewen Realty Group as a Buyer’s Agent in residential real estate which allows him to continue doing what he enjoys–helping people make their dreams come true. His main role as a buyer’s agent is to assist our buyer clients in finding the property that is right for them, securing financing, negotiating and closing the deal and making sure the entire process is stress free and enjoyable.
